We’re at a point where the law is the only thing that can heal the harm done by doctors and psychologists in the name of gender affirmation. Last week, 22-year-old Fox Varian successfully sued the doctors who conducted her process of transitioning from female to male, claiming negligence. Varian — once again living as a woman — will walk away with $2 million, but she’ll never get back her organs.
