Actress Alicia Silverstone is being praised for swooping in to rescue a pregnant dog that was set to be euthanized at a Southern California animal shelter. The “Clueless” star saved the 3-year-old terrier mix, which she is now fostering, after the pooch tried to take shelter at a roadside motel in San Bernardino, People reported. The dog, originally named Kenya and now named Noel, was taken to an animal control center and had a date scheduled for her to be put down.
