Joe Scott has been suspended indefinitely from his position as the men’s basketball coach at Air Force pending an investigation into the treatment of cadet-athletes, the academy announced Saturday. No further details were made public, but the 60-year-old Scott was replaced as coach for Saturday’s 81-66 loss to Nevada by assistant Jon Jordan. “In response to today’s action, I will fully cooperate with the investigation and look forward to a proper resolution of this matter,” Scott said in a statement.
