A woman called 911 to report what dispatchers described as a “domestic dispute” at the home of a beloved Ohio dentist and his wife months before the couple was found shot dead, according to a report. Spencer Tepe, 37, and his wife, Monique, 39, were shot dead sometime between 2 a. m.
