A California woman killed a father-of-four while on a drug-fueled rampage along the Pacific Coast Highway — striking him and two other cyclists with her car, prosecutors say. Amber Calderon had fentanyl, methamphetamine, and marijuana in her system when she plowed into the bicyclists, killing one and leaving two others critically injured, she is now facing upgraded felony charges of vehicular manslaughter after a toxicology found the crazy cocktail in her system.
