An elderly man fatally shot his 93-year-old wife in the head before turning the gun on himself in an apparent murder-suicide inside a senior group home in Arizona, police said. Jerome Woolums, 92, was found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head — and still clutching the gun — after allegedly shooting his longtime spouse, Katharine, in their bedroom at a Mesa assisted living facility around 4 a. m.
