The Lower East Side shop Bel-Fries is bringing back its wildly popular $10 caviar french fries, which went viral with a staggering 3 million social media views when they debuted in September. “We were having lines down the street and we realized people don’t really have a casual place to indulge in a premium product like caviar at such a low price,” Bel-Fries owner Annalee Schlossberg told The Post about the limited 10-day run last month.
