Four years on from their return to power, the Taliban government remains largely excluded from the international community, which criticises its repressive measures AFP The UN Human Rights Council is set to decide on Monday whether to set up an investigation to gather evidence on the most serious violations of international law in Afghanistan. A draft resolution, put forward by Denmark on behalf of the European Union, will be discussed at the Geneva-based council.
