Police have finally caught up with a mysterious speed demon who had been illegally tearing up Czech motorways in a Ferrari Formula 1-style car for nearly six years. The “Phantom Ferrari driver” was followed by cops to a property in the village of Bulk, 37 miles from Prague, where they arrested a 51-year-old man behind the wheel, Czech police said in a post on X.
