A man was arrested after he yelled bomb threats at security officers outside a Dallas Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility on Monday evening, according to authorities. Bratton Dean Wilkinson, 36, arrived at the entrance of the Dallas ICE Field office at 6:37 p. m.
