An Ohio man donning a “Beavis and Butthead” T-shirt was busted for throwing a sex toy from the bleachers at a New York Liberty game – hitting a 12-year-old girl in the leg, cops said. Charles Burgess, 32, of Dayton, surrendered Wednesday morning at Brooklyn’s 78th Precinct – which covers the area of the Barclays Center, where he allegedly threw the lime green dildo around 8:45 p. m.
