The brain of depraved shooter Shane Tamura could possibly be tested for chronic traumatic encephalopathy during an examination of his body, Mayor Eric Adams said Tuesday. The city’s Office of Chief Medical Examiner will determine if the 27-year-old ex-football player’s brain will be studied for CTE, Adams told CNN. “The ME, medical examiner here in the city, he would make that determination on the next steps in collaboration with the district attorney in Manhattan County,” Adams said.
