Volunteers still combing through the wreckage of Texas’ devastating July 4 flooding are being evacuated from the disaster zone over the possibility of another deluge. “MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND,” Kerr County officials wrote in an urgent advisory Monday, cautioning that incoming heavy rainfall could bring another wave of flooding to the area that’s still sorting through the carnage of the past two weeks.
