Jalen Ramsey will not be at the Dolphins’ minicamp when it opens this week as the two sides continue to search for a trade for the cornerback. The player and team mutually agreed to part ways back in April, but so far, a trade hasn’t materialized and it has led to Ramsey opting not to attend mandatory minicamp this week, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported on Sunday.
