A Texas lottery winner claimed she’s being denied her $83. 5 million jackpot prize because she “lawfully” purchased the winning ticket online through a third-party courier. The unidentified woman filed the complaint against Texas’s gaming board on Wednesday after she waited three months to receive her winnings from the Feb.
