The Wisconsin judge who allegedly helped an illegal migrant evade immigration authorities was indicted by a federal jury Tuesday. Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested last month after being accused of obstruction of justice and concealing Eduardo Flores-Ruiz from arrest at the end of a pre-trial hearing. 3 Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan was indicted for allegedly helping an illegal migrant evade ICE.
