Colin Carroll, former chief of staff to Deputy Defense Secretary Stephen Feinberg, responded: “Honestly, I don’t know. I’m not sure” when podcaster Megyn Kelly asked of Hegseth “Do you think he’s OK?” during a lengthy interview released Friday.
