The North Carolina State football head coach opening might not be Philip Rivers’ to lose after all.   ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Tuesday that 10-time NFL Pro Bowler Russell Wilson interviewed for the Wolfpack job, adding another big name to their coaching search.   Over the weekend, On3 reported that Rivers had emerged as the focus of their coaching search following the firing of Dave Doeren after a 31-28 loss to Stanford that dropped the team to 3-4 overall and 1-3 in ACC play before their win over California under interim coach Todd Goebbel on Saturday.
