A Los Angeles murder suspect’s apparent lack of emotion has drawn a chilling comparison to horror villain Michael Myers, as investigators probe alleged links to other crimes following a high-speed crash that killed a 16-year-old boy and critically injured his younger sister. Raygine Glentasia Evans, 28, was arrested Wednesday and booked on suspicion of murder in connection with the Sept. 22 collision, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
