An LA actor and comedian who has appeared in roles alongside Jake Gyllenhaal and Mark Ruffalo threatened to cut the jugular of a man living with his ex before hitting him with a shovel and attempting to run him over with his car, according to a new lawsuit. Alleged victim Lucas Scheerer is describing the details of the horrific broad daylight attack in West Hollywood on August 4 by funny man Eliot Preschutti in the bombshell papers filed Friday in LA Superior Court. Scheerer was living at the home of Preschutti’s former romantic partner, Michelle Farrell, when the comedian came to the residence and attacked him around noon, per the suit.
