Ric Flair was hospitalized shortly after announcing he was dealing with blood clots, according to TMZ.   The WWE Hall of Famer was at a restaurant in Tampa, Fla. on Friday morning when he walked outside and “suddenly fell and injured his face,” per the outlet.
