Four Texas State University pledges were arrested on hazing charges for allegedly forcing a frat bro into a truck as part of “a tradition,” cops said. San Marcos Police responded to several calls about multiple Phi Delta Theta fraternity pledges forcing an active member into a truck as he yelled for them to let him go on Tuesday, police said. Noah Lara, 20, Wyatt Carr, 18, William Oldner, 19 and Tyler Fogg, 18, were all arrested on hazing charges, according to police.
