Former Super Bowl champ Cordarrelle Patterson was seen wearing a gray T-shirt and shorts while in handcuffs in photos obtained by TMZ from his arrest on a domestic assault charge early Saturday. Patterson, a former four-time Pro Bowl running back and kick return specialist, had his hands restrained while in front of a home in Tennessee, where he allegedly had a domestic dispute with his wife, according to an arrest warrant obtained by the outlet. The 35-year-old flashed a smile in his mugshot photo taken by the Sevier County jail.
