Media personality TT Torrez accused DJ Funkmaster “Funk” Flex, her former colleague at HOT 97, of “shoving her violently” during an altercation that took place inside the Delta Lounge at Madison Square Garden for the Knicks’ home opener Tuesday night. In an official statement through her rep, Torrez, who left New York City’s Hot 97 last year, alleged “a verbal altercation between her husband and Funk Flex escalated into a physical confrontation” during which Funk Flex assaulted her. Torrez explained that her husband was defending her and that the video of the altercation circulating online doesn’t tell the full story of the alleged harassment she has been dealing behind the scenes for years from Funk Flex.
