A second young woman claims she was raped at a frat party near the University of Chicago, according to an explosive new lawsuit — over a week after the elite institution was first rocked by sexual assault allegations at another frat house. The 19-year-old, identified only as Jane Doe, alleged she was raped during a party at the Alpha Delta Phi fraternity house on Feb. 7, NBC News reported, according to the lawsuit filed in Cook County Circuit Court Thursday.
