There are consequences for losing to the Titans. The Colts fired longtime GM Chris Ballard on Monday morning, hours after the team was shocked by the winless Titans in a 26-20 defeat. Ballard has been the Colts GM since 2017 but the organization has been mired in mediocrity since franchise quarterback Andrew Luck shockingly retired before the 2019 season.
