A Scottsdale man went on a violent rampage and shot up an apartment building after his neighbors refused to take cocaine with him. 49-year-old Samuel Ellery Sedgwick was arrested following reports that he fired 10 rounds at an apartment complex near Miller and Osborn roads on Thursday morning. 3 Samuel Ellery Sedgwick, 49, appears in a booking photo provided by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, where he is accused of a cocaine-inspired shooting in Scottsdale.
