Don’t hibernate just yet. New Yorkers have one more chance to soak up the crisp fall air before the city turns into a freezer. Street fairs are taking over neighborhoods across the five boroughs this October and November, bringing food vendors, local businesses, shopping, entertainment and prime people-watching to car-free stretches of NYC.
