Sports trainer at elite California prep school accused of filming heinous assault on 16-year-old female student

A sports trainer at an elite private high school in San Jose has been accused of filming the alleged sexual assault of a 16-year-old female student he was treating, police said. Kelvin Chiu, 31, who works at Archbishop Mitty High School, was arrested after student reported the alleged abuse to San Jose police. Investigators say a search of his phone turned up child sexual abuse material, raising further concerns as detectives examine whether anyone else may have been victimized.
