Matthew Ingalls — the Cornell University Chi Phi fraternity brother who admitted he initiated the now infamous threesome that an unnamed female student claimed in a lawsuit turned into a gang rape — is a US hater who grew up in privilege and whose father teaches Islamic studies in Dubai, The Post has learned. Ingalls, 21, whose full name is Umar Matthew Ingalls, attended Dubai International Academy, an elite private school that charges about $21,000 a year located in what has been dubbed the “Beverly Hills of Dubai. ” The former frat bro grew up between the Middle East and the United States.
