WASHINGTON — Star Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey will join President Trump later Tuesday when the commander in chief announces a new submarine facility for Charm City. Humphrey, a 10-year NFL veteran who has spent his entire career with the Ravens, will meet with Trump ahead of his remarks at Sparrows Point. The two men are expected to discuss Humphrey’s charity work along with their shared passion for football and golf.
