A convicted Massachusetts pedophile admitted to illegally importing radioactive materials from Russia and selling them across the US, according to authorities. Jacob D. Miller, 44, pleaded guilty to importing dangerous plutonium from Russia and mailing it to his home in South Hadley for his business called “Collect The Periodic Table,” the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts announced on Monday.
