San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk suffered what appeared to be a scary knee injury during Sunday’s 24-14 win against the Denver Broncos. Juszczyk caught a pass by Brock Purdy and was tackled at his knees by Broncos cornerback Jahdae Barron. Upon impact, Juszczyk’s right knee hyperextended backwards, which looked like a gruesome injury.
