There is no greater disconnect between fanbases in our town than the one between the New York baseball teams.   The Jets trail the Giants 4-1 in Super Bowls, but the fact is that in the Super Bowl era the Jets and Giants have shared more common ground — the epic dual drought of 1970-81, a similar shared dry spell in the 13 years since the last Giants Super Bowl. If a Jets fan is feeling especially low, well, lately, his Giants fan friend has the same idea of misery.
