Kevin Shippos wants to keep challenging the Chiefs.   The Massapequa head football coach feels it is in the sport’s best interest to keep playing competitive nonconference games like his team’s epic showdown against Garden City, where the Chiefs snapped the Trojans’ nation-leading 68-game win streak in a 21-14 thriller Monday night in front of nearly 6,000 fans who caused bedlam at Hofstra University.   “To me, high school sports is about putting your kids at the highest level,” Shippos said after Masspequa came away with the win in a contest that boiled down to the last 30 seconds.
