A former radio host has accused a New Jersey rapper of raping her while was she drunk and barely conscious inside a Coney Island hotel room, according to a shocking lawsuit. Domonique Hayes, 40, claims Keyon Hart, 45, who goes by Snake IIz, ignored her repeated pleas to stop as he sexually assaulted her on July 4, 2025.
