The Wisconsin fraternity busted for allegedly hazing teens in its basement in a sick ritual had been booted from University of Wisconsin-Madison for a raft of violations — including getting a 17-year-old liquored up to the point of needing detox. Cops raided the local house of Alpha Epsilon Pi Wednesday night and found 30 half-naked teen pledges smeared in condiments and huddled in a sweltering, filthy basement, the Madison Police Department said. UW-Madison had put the frat on probation in 2013 after a party in which a 17-year-old boy and another guest were rushed to detox, university records show.
