Camouflaged rattlesnake caught in bizarre dance on SoCal beach during rare encounter

Rattlesnakes are becoming an unnerving sight on Orange County beaches, with another venomous serpent spotted slithering through the sand at Crystal Cove on Sunday. Beachgoer Cristiano Salgueiro captured the camouflaged rattler crawling along the waterline, repeatedly slipping into the surf before slithering back ashore. Salgueiro described seeing the snake dipping in and out of the ocean surf near sunset, looking almost playful, according to KTLA.
