Shocking video shows an idiotic Philadelphia man hanging from a moving train – and he is now at the center of a SEPTA investigation. The passenger – who was wearing a Hawaiian shirt and one earphone – crouched and swayed as he held onto the back of an L train traveling between the city’s 40th Street and 46th Street stations in the footage shared online Tuesday, NBC10 reported.   The man’s reckless stunt was recorded by stunned passengers inside the train car, who uploaded it to social media and opted for the “Spider-Man” theme tune.
