Shocking video captured a brazen felon punching a bailiff in the throat and attacking deputies during his desperate dash out of an Ohio courthouse moments after he was sentenced to prison. Timothy J. Reaggle, 20, was being escorted down a hallway by a bailiff at Columbiana County Court on Monday after learning he would spend a year in prison for a separate case, WKBN reported.
