The undated video, posted by Libs of TikTok, depicts a blindfolded individual being spun in circles before they are handed a stick to hit the piñata while surrounded by a group of onlookers at Contra Costa College in San Pablo, California. The individual then strikes the piñata — which was photographed wearing a blue suit, red baseball cap, and holding a sign that reads “F— ICE” — and takes its head clean off.
