An alleged Arizona pervert fainted in court when he heard he could spend up to a century in prison for felony child sexual exploitation charges, wild video shows. The dramatic medical episode unfolded as Joshua James Lozano, a 42-year-old hospital worker, was hauled into a Phoenix courtroom on Monday following a Glendale police investigation into alleged child exploitation, Fox 10 reported. Investigators were tipped off by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to explicit content that was being accessed through Lozano’s internet service provider, court documents revealed.
