At least Sean McVay is self-aware. The Rams coach revealed in his “60 Minutes” interview with Jon Wertheim, which was taped early in training camp and aired Sunday — three days after their season-opening dud against the 49ers — that he wasn’t “in a good place right now” following practice. McVay told Wertheim that “success is never linear,” and went on to say that it’s always an “up and down” feeling, and when this happens, he’s trying to see how quickly he can snap out of it.
