Two minors riding in a self-driving Waymo were arrested in San Francisco after the company became aware of a firearm inside the robotaxi, pulled it over and alerted police — who later recovered a loaded, AR-style “ghost gun. ” Waymo said it pulled the vehicle over after becoming aware of a “violation of our terms of service involving a firearm,” then alerted emergency services and cooperated with San Francisco police, according to SFGATE and the Los Angeles Times. San Francisco police officers from Richmond Station were called to 40th Avenue and Cabrillo Street before 4 a.
