Residents of the San Diego neighborhood of San Carlos discovered the vile graffiti along Lake Ariana Avenue and surrounding streets, leaving neighbors rattled and police investigating who was behind the disturbing rampage, according to CBS 8. 6 Swastikas and racial slurs were spray-painted on homes, cars and fences in San Carlos, prompting a hate crime investigation.
