Sean McDermott is already plotting out his next moves to land back in the NFL — and he’s learned some tough truths to start. The former Bills coach revealed on the “Rich Eisen Show” that he has gone back to people inside the organization to discover what could be improved upon now that he has a different perspective. “When you’re a head coach or a leader of any sort, you don’t always get this space to just live life and to reflect,” McDermott said.
