Several dozens high-ranking military officials were reportedly given polygraph tests last month as part of sweeping investigation into the disclosure of classified information about the country’s munitions stockpile. About 50 senior officials in the War Department were subjected to the lie-detector tests after media reports indicated the military’s arsenal of critical munitions, including long-range missiles and Patriot interceptors, were quickly being depleted amid the Iran war, according to the New York Times. No one failed the polygraph test questions intended to pinpoint the leaker, CBS News reported.
