A sex-crazed former New Jersey cop who moonlighted as a volunteer fire chief allegedly assaulted a whopping 11 firefighters — including one whom he used a mechanical device to “hog-tie. ” Robert Sinnott Jr. , 53, was indicted by a state grand jury on a slew of new charges Thursday, including fresh counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, second-degree official misconduct, and second-degree pattern of official misconduct, the New Jersey Attorney General Jennifer Davenport announced.
