A registered sex offender with a yearslong history of sniffing women’s butts in public has been busted again after cops said he was caught “hunkered down” inside Southern California businesses — and apparently “sniffing someone out. ” Glendale police were called to an unidentified business in the 1500 block of Glenoaks Boulevard shortly after 3:30 p. m.
