Lindsay Clancy’s lawyer, Kevin Reddington, called it “unusual” to be labeled a feminist icon after he defended the killer mom at trial, shining a light on postpartum issues. “It’s kind of unusual,” Reddington said of his newfound status. Over the course of the trial, Reddington said the 36-year-old mother of three shouldn’t be held criminally responsible because she was in the throes of severe postpartum psychosis and heard a voice telling her to strangle her three kids.
